 Eid Milad preparations gaining momentum
Islamabad
The preparations to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) are gaining momentum throughout the country with each passing day.
Faithful have started decorating Mosques, streets and houses with colourful buntings and lights besides finalizing arrangements to hold public meetings and congregations on 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal (Wednesday). It would be public holiday.
Children are showing great enthusiasm in adorning their houses in unique style, buying different kinds of badges and preparing special dresses for the upcoming grand event.

The BBC reports that there are an estimated 100,000 British converts to Islam, and that at least 3/4 of them are women. To put that in another way - for every one British male who converts, there are at least three British females who willingly submit to Allah.
